BARCLAYS ULTIMATE PREMIER LEAGUE EXPERIENCE PARTNER SWEEPSTAKES
NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT, OBLIGATION, OR FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR FINANCIAL DISCLOSURE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING. VOID OUTSIDE THE 50 UNITED STATES AND DISTRICT OF COLUMBIA. VOID IN PUERTO RICO AND WHERE OTHERWISE PROHIBITED.
PROMOTION DATES: The Barclays Ultimate Premier League Experience Partner Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes” or “Promotion”) begins at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on February 14, 2024 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on March 27, 2024 (the “Promotion Period”). The Sponsor’s computer, or that of its designee, runs the official clock for the Sweepstakes and will solely determine the time by which an entry is received.
ELIGIBILITY: Sweepstakes is open to [1] legal residents of the fifty (50) United States and the District of Columbia (“D.C.”) (having a valid Social Security Number (SSN)), [2] who are twenty-one (21) years of age or older at the time of entry, [3] have a valid passport with an expiration date at least six (6) months from the trip return date, and [4] who are a primary cardmember in good standing of one of the following cards as of February 13, 2024 (each an “Entrant” or “Participant”):

Officers, directors, employees and agents of Barclays Bank Delaware (the “Sponsor”), The Premier League, (the “Prize Provider”), Iris USA LLC, American Airlines Inc., AARP®, The Emirates Group, FRONTIER Airlines, Gap Inc., JetBlue Airways, Wyndham Rewards, Inc., Mastercard International Incorporated, Visa U.S.A. Inc., Visa Inc., Visa International Service Association, their parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and Marden-Kane, Inc. (the “Administrator”) (collectively, the “Releasees”), and the immediate families (spouse, parent, child, sibling and their respective spouses, regardless of where they reside) and persons living in households of each, whether or not related, are ineligible. Sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void in Puerto Rico and where prohibited. Each Entrant, by participating in the Sweepstakes, agrees to be bound by these Official Rules and the Sponsor’s decisions.
HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Sweepstakes, go to www.BarclaysPLSweepstakes.com and follow the instructions provided on the online entry form including:
(1) Complete the registration form by providing the information required which will include your name, complete address, email, phone number and zip code.
(2) Agree that you are 21 years of age or older.
(3) Agree that you have read and accept the Official Rules.
(4) Affirm that you are a Barclays existing primary cardmember.
(5) Affirm that you have a valid passport with an expiration date at least six (6) months after your return date.
(5) Click the “Submit” button.
After completing these steps, Entrant will be formally entered into the Sweepstakes (the “Entry”).
Limitations:
Groups 1 – 5: there is a limit of one (1) entry for the entire Promotion Period.
Group 6: there is a limit of one (1) entry per card brand for a total maximum of three (3) entries for the entire Promotion Period.
For purposes of clarity:
Example 1: If an Entrant has a JetBlue World Mastercard® and JetBlue Plus World Elite Mastercard® there is a maximum of one (1) entry the Entrant can earn in Group 2.
Example 2: If an Entrant has an American Airlines AAdvantage® Aviator® Silver Mastercard® (Group 1) and a Wyndham Rewards Earner® Card (Group 4) the Entrant can earn one (1) entry into each of the Groups.
Example 3: If an Entrant has AARP® Travel Rewards Mastercard® from Barclays, Emirates Skywards Rewards World Elite Mastercard®, and FRONTIER Airlines® World Mastercard®. Entrant can earn up to a maximum of three (3) entries (one (1) entry per card brand) in Group 6.
Entries received in excess of the entry limit stated herein will be disqualified. Any attempt by any Entrant to submit more than the stated number of Entries by using multiple/different email accounts, identities, or any other method will void that Entrant's Entry(ies) and that Entrant may be disqualified. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, as determined in Sponsor’s sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
By submitting an Entry, Entrant acknowledges that he/she read, understands, and agrees to the Official Rules. Entries may only be submitted by a single Entrant. Entries that do not comply with these Official Rules, as determined by Sponsor and/or Administrator’s sole discretion, will be disqualified from the Sweepstakes.
CONDITIONS OF ENTRY: Entrants may not be in default under the cardmember agreement for that account at time of entry, winner selection and prize award. Authorized users’ entries are not eligible. Use of any automated entry software is prohibited. Electronically reproduced, mechanically reproduced, illegible, incomplete, or inaccurate entries are void. By participating, Entrants agree to comply with these Official Rules including all eligibility requirements. In case of a dispute as to the owner of an online entry, online entry will be deemed to have been submitted by the authorized account holder from which the entry is made for the potentially winning entry, but only if that person meets all other eligibility criteria. "Authorized account holder" is defined as the natural person who is assigned to an email address by an Internet access provider, on-line service provider or other organization (e.g., business, educational, institution, etc.) that is responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the submitted email address. Potential winners may be required to provide Sponsor with proof that he/she is the authorized account holder for the email address associated with the account for the potentially winning entry.
WINNER SELECTION: On or about March 28, 2024, all eligible Entries received by the close of the Promotion Period will be sorted based on the Entrants’ credit card into one of the following groups as described in the chart below.

A total of six (6) random drawings will be conducted (one (1) random drawing per Group) from among all eligible entries received in each Group under the direction of Marden-Kane, Inc., an independent judging organization, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes.
WINNER NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION: Each potential Grand Prize winner (the “Potential Winner”) will be notified on or about April 1, 2024 via FedEx signature required by the Administrator. Each Potential Winner will be required to complete and sign an [1] Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release and Declaration of Compliance; where legal, a Publicity Release (collectively the “Affidavit”); and [2] an IRS Form W-9, and [3] both winner and guest must complete a Travel Release Form, all of which must be returned within 48 hours from prize notification date or the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate. Winners will be required to furnish his/her social security number that will be used only for the purpose of reporting the Winners prize earnings to the Internal Revenue Service, as required by law. Failure to timely return any documents requested, return of prize notification as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these Official Rules will result in such potential Winner being disqualified. Sponsor shall have no further obligation to that Potential Winner, and a Potential Alternate (the “alternate”) will be notified, time permitting. In the event that any potential winner cannot be contacted, or the failure to timely return any documents requested, return of prize or prize notification as undeliverable, or noncompliance with these Official Rules, or if the Potential Winner declines the prize for any reason, such Potential Winner will be disqualified, and the prize will be forfeited. Sponsor shall have no further obligation to a potential winner who is disqualified, and an alternate may be notified, at Sponsor’s discretion. Acceptance of a prize constitutes winner’s consent to use of his/her name, cities and states of residence, photo from Sweepstakes Participation and photographs/likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes for this and similar promotions, worldwide, and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, notification, or permission, except where prohibited by law. Upon request, Prize Winners must consent to such in writing. By accepting a prize, winner(s) acknowledge(s) compliance with these official rules. Sponsor is not responsible for any change of email address, mailing address and/or telephone number of entrants.
PRIZES: SIX (6) GRAND PRIZES: A five (5) day/four (4) night trip for Winner and one guest to London, England to attend a Premier League Soccer Match from May 16, 2024 through May 20, 2024. Trip consists of round-trip business class air transportation from a major international airport nearest Winner's home to London, England, four (4) nights’ double occupancy hotel accommodations, round trip ground transportation to hotel from airport, round trip ground transportation to and from Premier League match/tour, one (1) tour as determined by Sponsor, a Welcome Dinner, $1,000 cash for spending money for Winner (awarded in the form of a check) and two (2) tickets to a match as determined by the Sponsor on May 19, 2024. Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $26,216 each. Each Grand Prize Winner will also receive a check in the amount of $7,864.80, approximately 30% of the estimated value of the prize that may be used to assist with the payment of associated taxes. Maximum ARV $34,080.80 each. Actual value of Prize may vary based on point of departure and existing rates at the time of booking and dates of travel. Any difference between stated ARV and actual value will not be awarded. Total ARV of Grand Prizes: $204,484.80. All specifics of travel will be at Sponsor’s discretion. Some restrictions may apply. Odds of winning a prize in any Group depends on the total number of eligible entries received within that Group.
Additional conditions/requirements of trips:
- Prize will be forfeited if any Winner is not available to travel from May 16, 2024, through May 20, 2024. Tickets will be provided to the match on May 19, 2024, as determined by Sponsor.
- Winners and guests must agree to be videotaped/photographed while on the trip without additional compensation and if winner or guest fails to agree, the prize will be forfeited (except where prohibited by law) in Sponsor’s sole discretion and an alternate winner will be notified time permitting. Winners and guests will be required to sign a release.
- All travel arrangements must be made through Marden-Kane, or its designated agent, and Grand Prize Winners and guests will be required to travel together on the same itinerary.
- Winners of the Grand Prize will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability Release; and where legal, a Publicity Release; and IRS Form W-9, and both winner and guest must complete a Travel Release Form all of which must be returned within the time allotted. If Winner’s guest is a minor in their state of residence (NE under 19 and MS under 21) the documents must be signed by their parent and/or legal guardian.
- Winners and guests must possess and are responsible for obtaining and must have valid passport which must not expire within six (6) months from trip return date, or ID or other required documentation for international travel.
- Winners and guests will be required to follow COVID-19-related requirements that may be imposed by your state, travel suppliers and governments, such as vaccination requirements, health affidavit forms, health screenings prior todeparture or upon arrival, face coverings, or quarantines prior, during or after your trip, if applicable.
- Winners and guests are responsible for obtaining any travel insurance (and all other forms of insurance) that they may wish to obtain at their own expense and hereby acknowledges that the Sponsor has not and will not obtain or provide travel insurance or any other form of insurance.
- Prize does not include any other incidentals not mentioned in these Official Rules such as, but not limited to, special seating assignments, baggage fees, alcoholic beverages, food, gratuities and tips, insurance, laundry service, merchandise, parking, room service, service charges, souvenirs and telephone calls. All other expenses not stated herein as part of the prize are the winner’s sole responsibility.
- Sponsor is not responsible if tickets, travel vouchers, certificates or other similar items are lost, stolen, or misplaced by Winner and will not be replaced or if booked transportations are missed, cancelled or delayed for any reason.
- Airline tickets issued in conjunction with the prize are not eligible for frequent flyer miles, and no code share flights may be used. The prize cannot be used in conjunction with any other promotion or offer. The Winners or the guests (who is 21 years of age or older) must provide the hotel with a valid credit card for incidentals (including room service, mini-bar and pay-per-view television) and/or damages to the hotel room.
- Ground transportation to/from winner’s home/departure airport and transportation in destination city (other than as stated above) are NOT included in the prize and are the responsibility of the winner.
- Specifics of prize package are subject to availability and Sponsor’s sole discretion. Complete terms and conditions of trip will be furnished with prize notification. Other restrictions may apply.
- Winners and guests are bound by the terms and conditions of all airlines, hotels and other third-party service providers used in connection with the Prize.
- Prize Winners will not receive cash or any other form of compensation if actual travel costs are less than the estimate made in these Official Rules.
- Seat locations for the match will be determined by Sponsor who also reserves the right to remove or to deny entry to any Winner and/or his/her guest who engages in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner, or with intent to annoy, abuse, threaten or harass any other person at the match.
- In the event that season finale match or any portion of prize or any other event or activity is unable to take place as planned for any reason, including but not limited to, cancellation, scheduling conflicts, lockout, labor dispute, strike, inclement weather, or an event of force majeure, the remaining components of the prize will be awarded and Sponsor’s obligation to the winner will be fulfilled, and no other additional compensation or substitution will be provided.
ADDITIONAL CONDITIONS OF PRIZES: All prizes may not be awarded if there are not enough eligible entries received. Limit one (1) prize per person per household. Prizes are awarded “as is” with no warranty or guarantee, either expressed or implied by Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to substitute the prize (or a portion thereof) with cash or another prize of equal or greater value in the event the advertised prize (or a portion thereof) becomes unavailable for any reason. No component of the Prize may be transferred or sold unless Sponsor, in its sole discretion, gives prior written permission. Prize Winners are responsible for the payment of taxes on the prize and for any other costs and expenses associated with the acceptance and use of the prize.
GRANT OF RIGHTS: By entering, except where prohibited by law, each Entrant grants to Sponsor and their agents and assigns in perpetuity the irrevocable, sub-licensable, absolute right and permission to use, edit, modify, cut, rearrange, add to, delete from, copy, reproduce, translate, separate, dub, adapt, publish, combine with other material, reuse, adapt, and exploit the content of and elements embodied in the Entry in any and all media, including but not limited to paper format, digital and electronic media, computer, audio and audiovisual media (whether now existing or hereafter devised), in any language, throughout the world, and in any manner, for trade, advertising, promotional, commercial, or any other purposes without further review, notice, approval, consideration, or compensation. Each Entrant agrees that the Releasees may, but are not required to, attribute the Entry to an Entrant. Each Entrant waives and releases the Releasees from any and all claims that Entrant may now or hereafter have in any jurisdiction based on “moral rights” or “droit moral” or unfair competition with respect to the Releasees’ exploitation of entries without further notification or compensation to Entrants of any kind, and agrees not to instigate, support, maintain, or authorize any action, claim, or lawsuit against the Releasees and each of their affiliates, licensees, or any other person in connection with this Sweepstakes, on the grounds that any use of any elements embodied in the Entry or any derivative works, infringe or violate any of Entrant’s rights therein. Each Entrant agrees to execute any documents that Releasees may require to effect such grant of rights. Each Prize Winner grants the Releasees the right to use and publish his/her name, Entry or elements, likeness, picture, voice, and/or any information contained in his/her Entry, online, in print and in any other media for advertising and promotion purposes worldwide, and in perpetuity without additional compensation, notice, review, or approval, unless prohibited by law. Nothing contained in these Official Rules obligates the licensed entities to make use of any of the rights granted herein and Prize Winner waives any right to inspect or approve any use.
GENERAL CONDITIONS: The decisions of Sponsor are final and binding in all matters relating to this Sweepstakes, including interpretation and application of these Official Rules. The Releasees are not responsible for the actions of Entrants in connection with the Sweepstakes, including Entrants’ attempts to circumvent the Official Rules or otherwise interfere with the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes. Persons found tampering with or abusing any aspect of this Sweepstakes, or who Sponsor believes to be in collusion with another person may be disqualified. Additionally, any attempt to cheat the Sweepstakes, as determined at the sole and absolute discretion of Sponsor, may result in immediate disqualification of the Entrant, as well as other possible consequences, including disqualification from any and all existing and future Sweepstakes. WARNING: ANY ATTEMPT BY AN ENTRANT OR ANY OTHER INDIVIDUAL TO UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE SWEEPSTAKES MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAW, AND, SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO PROSECUTE AND SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that provision. Neither Sponsor nor anyone acting on its behalf will enter into any communications with any Entrant regarding this Sweepstakes, except as expressly set forth in these Official Rules. Sponsor reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be attempting to tamper with or undermine the participation process and/or the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes; to violate the Official Rules; or to act in an unsportsmanlike or disruptive manner or with the intent to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other person. Sponsor and its agents are not responsible for: (1) any printing errors or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes; (2) technical failures of any kind, including, but not limited to, malfunctions, interruptions, or disconnections in phone lines or network hardware or software; (3) unauthorized human intervention in any part of the participation process or the Sweepstakes; (4) technical or human error which may occur in the administration of the Sweepstakes or the processing of Entries; (5) failures or difficulties, or other errors or difficulties of any kind whether human, mechanical, electronic, computer, network, typographical, printing or otherwise relating to or in connection with the Sweepstakes; or (6) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from Entrant’s participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use or misuse of any prize. If, for any reason, the Promotion is not able to run through completion for reasons which may include, without limitation, infection by computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which may corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, including any other factors beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control such as a Force Majeure (e.g., war, riots, terrorism, civil unrest, strikes, blackouts, supply shortages, order of governmental authority,) an “act of God” (e.g., natural disasters, weather, etc.) or an unforeseeable health event (e.g. pandemic or epidemic), then the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion in whole or in part, without further liability to the Entrants or third parties. In the event the Promotion is cancelled prior to the stated end date, a notice will be posted on site; and Sponsor reserves the right to award prizes from among all eligible non-suspect Entries received prior to the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation. Caution: Any attempt by an Entrant or any other individual to deliberately damage or undermine the legitimate operation of the Promotion may be a violation of criminal and civil laws and, should such an attempt be made, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages and/or other remedies from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by law. Sponsor’s failure to enforce any term of these Official Rules shall not constitute a waiver of that or any other provision.
LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND RELEASES: By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that Sponsor, Administrator, Releasees, Wyndham Rewards, Inc. and each of their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, representatives, consultants, contractors, legal counsel, advertising, public relations, promotional, fulfillment and marketing, and their respective officers, directors, employees, representatives, and agents will have no liability whatsoever for, and shall be held harmless by Entrants against, any liability for any injuries, losses or damages of any kind to persons, including personal injury or death, or property resulting, in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, misuse, or use of the prize, entry, or participation in this Sweepstakes or in any Prize-related activity, or any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy, or other prize delivery. By participating in this Sweepstakes, Entrant agrees that the Releasees will not be responsible or liable for any injuries, damages, or losses of any kind, including direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages to persons, including death, or to property arising out of participation in and/or the production of the Sweepstakes. If any use by Sponsor of the Sweepstakes photos causes it to be liable to any third party, Entrant agrees to indemnify, defend and hold harmless Sponsor and its agents, employees, affiliates, subsidiaries, representative and all related parties from and against any and all damages, costs, judgments and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees), which it incurs as a result of its use of the Sweepstakes photos. Without limiting the foregoing, everything regarding this Sweepstakes and all prizes are provided “as is” without warranty of any kind, either expressed or implied, including, but not limited to, the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Some jurisdictions may not allow the limitations or exclusions of liability for incidental or consequential damages or exclusion of implied warranties, so some of the above limitations or exclusions may not apply. Check local laws for any restrictions or limitations regarding these limitations or exclusions.
JURISDICTION: Except where prohibited, Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims and causes of action arising out of, or connected with, the Sweepstakes or any prize awarded shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively by the appropriate court located in the State of Delaware. All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules, or the rights and obligations of the Entrant and Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware without giving effect to any choice of law or conflict of law rules (whether of the State of Delaware, or any other jurisdiction), which would cause the application of the laws of any jurisdiction other than the State of Delaware. In addition, any dispute relating to the Sweepstakes (including these Official Rules) shall be brought in the appropriate state or federal court having jurisdiction over the subject matter located in the State of Delaware. Entrants hereby irrevocably consent to the personal jurisdiction of said courts and waive any claim of forum nonconveniens or lack of personal jurisdiction they may have.
PRIVACY: Entrant understands that Entrant is providing information to the Sponsor and Administrator. As a condition of entering the Sweepstakes, each Entrant gives consent for Sponsor to obtain and deliver his or her name, address and other information to third parties for the purpose of administering this Sweepstakes and complying with applicable laws, regulations, and rules. The information provided by Entrants will only be used for the purpose of contacting potential Prize Winners unless Entrant opts-in to use in a different manner. The Sponsor and the Administrator will not share this information with third parties (other than the Sponsor’s or Administrator’s prize fulfillment agent, if applicable) or use this information for marketing or promotional purposes unless Entrant has opted-in to receive additional information and promotional materials from Sponsor.
WHO WON: To request a list of winners, send an email with the subject line Barclays Ultimate Premier League Experience Partner Sweepstakes Winners to winnerslist@mkpromosource.com. Requests must be received by April 15, 2024. The list will be sent after the drawings have been completed and the winners have been confirmed.
